The WNMU square shoulder milling inserts (WNMU 05 and WNMU 08) are designed for high-precision 90° shoulder milling applications, delivering excellent wall straightness and sharp corner accuracy. Featuring a true 90° entering angle (Kr 90°), these inserts ensure stable cutting performance and consistent machining results.

The WNMU 05 insert, with a maximum depth of cut (APMX) of 5.0 mm, is ideal for light to medium milling operations, while the WNMU 08 insert, offering an APMX of 8.0 mm, is suitable for medium to heavy-duty roughing and semi-finishing applications requiring higher material removal rates.

Both inserts feature a double-sided design with multiple cutting edges, maximizing tool life and cost efficiency. Optimized insert geometry and chipbreaker design provide smooth chip evacuation, strong edge strength, and reliable performance under various cutting conditions.
