Material Compatibility: Primary: Aluminum alloys (high-silicon), Copper, Brass, Magnesium.

                                     Secondary: Carbon fiber, GRP/CRP composites, Plastics, and Ceramics.

Note: Not suitable for ferrous metals like Steel or Cast Iron due to chemical reaction at high temperatures.

Hardness: PCD layer hardness approx. 8000 HV, offering 50–100x the wear resistance of tungsten carbide in abrasive non-ferrous applications.

Surface Finish: Capable of achieving mirror-like finishes (low $Ra$ values) due to the extremely sharp and stable diamond cutting edge.

Cutting Speed ($Vc$): Significantly higher than carbide, typically ranging from 200 to 2000 m/min depending on the workpiece material.

Clamping System: Standard screw-on or clamp-type laydown threading tool holders (SER / SER-L).
